Of all the titles our team has held, agent remains the most important.
Craig Snow started at Silveus as an agent, and Scott Silveus, Lucas Whalen, and Tom Legner still manage clients in additional to their roles within the company. Throughout the year, our team frequently visits farms to connect with clients and support our agents. This constant hands-on approach helps refine our methodology, develop new products, improve software, and, in short, better serve the American farmer.
Our Executives
Craig Snow
Craig Snow is the President and CEO of Cedar Holdings, Inc. As the CEO for Cedar Holdings, Craig leads the owners of each company division in their strategic decisions and mentors them in their, respective, CEO roles. Craig also serves as Chairman of the Board at Silveus Insurance Group, Inc.
Before starting his career with Silveus in 2006, Craig held various leadership positions at DePuy-Synthes, a world-leading orthopedic company.
In addition to leading at Cedar Holdings, Craig serves as Vice President of the Northeast Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA). Additionally, Craig serves on the board for the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and the Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation. In the past, Craig has served as a councilman for the town of Winona Lake, Indiana.
Craig’s most important roles come with his wife of 30 years, Sherri, and their three adult children, Tyler (wife Rachel), Kahler, and Chloe. The Snow family are members of the Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church where Craig serves as the Chairman of the Elder Board. Craig is also the Co-Leader of the Global Leadership Summit Warsaw that champions building strong leaders for strong communities.
When Craig is not mentoring, serving and leading Cedar, you can find him on the golf course, on hunting trips, running or spending time with his family. Craig is fortunate to have all his children still living in Kosciusko County along with his parents Tom and Diane Snow.
In representing the residents of District 18, Craig is passionate about moving the need on the issues surrounding education, small business and economic stability. Supporting students, teachers and schools is a top priority for the husband of a public educator as Sherri is a local Kindergarten teacher. Education and our educators are building the future of our communities and Craig plans to fight for our futures in the State House. As a small business owner, Craig is also passionate about the rising costs of health care and the difficulties surrounding quality of care to both businesses and employees. As a proud Hoosier resident, Craig wants to see our economic climate thrive with diversity, stability and innovation. This is seen through a value placed on education, an entrepreneurial mindset and strength of our local small business owners.
