Matt Savage was raised in Seminole, TX, around farming and cattle. He is the 4th generation, on both sides, to grow cotton and run cattle in West Texas. When he graduated from Texas Tech, he and his wife moved to Seminole where he started farming and running cattle. In 2014, he began working for Silveus out of the Lubbock office. PRF (Pasture, Rangeland, and Forage) is one of Matt’s main focuses. Protecting specifically against lack of rainfall can provide an extra leg to stand on at the exact time it is really needed. Being from West Texas, he also works with many cotton and peanut farmers.
Matt really likes to sit down with each client and gain a detailed understanding of the operation so he can custom fit a plan of insurance that meets his or her exact needs. His goal is always to make each client’s farm or ranch a financially safer and more profitable one. In his free time, he really enjoys reconnecting with friends for the weekend, traveling, and spending time with his wife and family.
