Jr. ASR
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide support to the agent(s).

Responsibilities
Service Sub-Agents
- Process all applications, production reports and acreage reports
- Answer all correspondence – email, phone calls, etc.
- Provide any information they may need to perform their job more effectively-
- Providing UW contacts, forwarding internal emails, sending all agents copies, etc.
Whole Farm
- Collect and submit all paperwork to complete the WF policy
- Follow up with the insured whenever necessary as well as the WF dept.
- Stay up on the WF processes and attend any training provided
Internal Audit
- Audit all applications, production reports, and schedules of insurance
- Update client tracker
- Scan, name and move into appropriate digital files
CLU Data Entry
- Enter all 578 information into client CLU spreadsheets
- Update legal descriptions
- Contact insured with any questions regarding 578/legal descriptions
Other
- Track all claim payments and send to clients
- Help service agent and SR ASR and CSR department to turn in completed paperwork
- Required to attend a minimum of 90% of internal training
- Required to clock in and out in the payroll system and log PTO for approval
- Have any overtime hours preapproved by your supervisor
- Track agent errors and communicate to supervisor
- Submit completed paperwork in accordance with agency and/or office required timelines
- Develop relationships, work alongside and maintain professionalism with all internal and external contacts.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with: AIP contacts for policy related questions, clarification, and requests; and internally with sales agents and their assistants.
Qualifications
- Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
- Ability to deal tactfully with various personalities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing excellent customer service, computer and data processing techniques.
- Able to understand and carry out oral instructions
- Ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
- Have working knowledge of computers, data entry, output, etc.
- Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions
- Retain insurance license as required
Education and/or Experience
- High school graduate.
- Previous Crop Insurance experience preferred
- P&C License within the first year of hire
